Your wellness and healing are of paramount importance, and we strive to get it right every time. If there’s something you’re unhappy with, then please email complaints@luminabyqi.com. We will handle all concerns with confidentiality and do our utmost to find a solution.
Taking your complaint further
If you are unhappy with the solution provided or if you’re uncomfortable contacting Lumina by Qi Rising® Studio directly about the issue, then you can get in touch with an independent complaints officer via email at bemiddeling@quasir.nl. Please address your email to the Coördinator Klachtenbemiddeling. You can send complaints by post to: Quasir, Klachtenfunctionaris abonnementen, Postbus 1021, 7940 KA Meppel.
The complaints officer works for Quasir, who are an external organisation, and Lumina by Qi Rising® Studio has no influence over their decision-making process. Rest assured, any complaints sent to us or to the external complaints officer will be taken seriously and handled with care.
